I know you might think you’re helping by saying “people think confidence is attractive!” but stop to think how that could make an insecure person feel. With the right combination of sensitivity and self-hatred, it will just make that person feel more unlovable and worthless because they’ll think that since they’re not confident, they’re unattractive.
I get that you may have good intentions by saying this, but you could be making someone feel even worse.
